The second MOV-UP National Teacher Training in Italy was organised in mid-November 2017. The training was opened by Prof. Paula de Waal (FNCC) who spoke about the MOV-UP scope and theoretical framework. Prof. Umberto Margiotta introduced “Learning from situated practices: collecting evidences for case studies”.

The program of the day 1 included also two workshops:

“Storytelling approaches to promote the valorisation of differences”, carried out by Prof. Paula de Waal and

“Historical art and inquiry-based learning as a means for developing emotional intelligence” by Dr. Maria Ampartzaki (Crete University, Greece).

The day 2 of the training covered the topics of:

“Education of Sustainable Development (ESD) with the Techniques of Didactics of Emotion (DoE)” presented by Zuhal Dogan (Doga Schools, Turkey);

“The importance of games and experiments in nature while developing emotional intelligence” from Jurgita Vaitiekuniene (District Education Centre of Panevėžys Municipality, Lithuania) and

“Finger puppet activity at Pinocchio Park” with Prof. Paula de Waal and animators from Pinocchio Park (FNCC).
